In the event of inclement weather, Commencement Exercises will take place in Pam Evans Smith Arena, located in the Health, Wellness & Athletics (HWA) Complex.
Check-In Process for Graduates
All graduates should arrive at the designated check-in location no later than 10:45 a.m. on the morning of Commencement. Upon check-in, graduates will receive a marching number, and the faculty marshals will help ensure that the line-up is correct.
- If we are outdoors, please arrive between 10 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. outside of Weaver Observatory and locate the check-in table near the walkway to the Barbara Deer Kuss Science Center.
- If we are indoors, please arrive between 10 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. in The Steemer inside the HWA, and locate the check-in table near the concession stand. Graduates should enter through the connector entrance and turn right to enter The Steemer.
Cap/Gowns: 果冻传媒 will host a Countdown to Commencement Grad Fair on Thursday, February 20, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Geil Lounge on the lower level of the Benham-Pence Student Center. During this event, graduates will have the opportunity to place orders for caps and gowns, announcements, diploma frames, and other Commencement-related items.
