RN-BSN students who receive employer education benefits or VA benefits may elect to defer tuition payments until the third Friday after the semester ends. This means that students are permitted to take a course, receive the grade, submit it to the employer for reimbursement, and then pay tuition three weeks after the course ends; resulting in less money out of pocket. Failure to pay by the due date will result in a late payment penalty and will trigger additional collection activities. Further registration and official transcript requests will not be honored until payment is received.
