  • Bias Education & Response Team (BERT): The Bias Education & Response Team (BERT) is a small group of faculty, staff and students who are committed to addressing bias wherever it may occur within the 果冻传媒 community.
  • Drug Free Schools and Community Act Notification: In accordance with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 and the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, this notification is being sent to each 果冻传媒 University student.
  • Reporting Incidents on Campus: The Office of Student Conduct encourages you to play a vital part in addressing incidents that affect you, your peers and your campus.
  • Student Complaint System: 果冻传媒 University maintains a systemic approach to student complaints. Various types of student grievances, complaints, and appeals are handled by multiple processes and departments.
  • Anti-Hazing Policy: Hazing in any form is an inappropriate activity and a violation of 果冻传媒's Statement of Mission (to develop the whole person intellectually, spiritually, socially, and physically) and is contrary to the purpose of this academic institution and the positive development of individual members of our community.
  • Student Emergency Fund: The Student Emergency Fund was created to assist 果冻传媒 University students who encounter an unforeseen financial emergency or events which would otherwise prevent them from continuing their education at 果冻传媒.
  • Title IX: Title IX prohibits gender discrimination in all programs and activities of a university such as 果冻传媒. It also requires that universities be proactive in preventing discrimination and in responding to concerns or allegations of discrimination including, but not limited to, harassment and assault.
  • Emergency Closing & Procedures: In the case of an emergency or weather-related issues, this website will serve as the primary source for information and updates.
  • Pandemic Flu Response Plan: Because it is impossible to predict the full effects of the emergence of a new flu virus, instead of a detailed action plan, 果冻传媒鈥檚 plan provides a general framework and recommended actions to be considered in the event of an outbreak of pandemic flu.
  • Resolving Student Complaints Under the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973: 果冻传媒 University prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability. The purpose of this procedure is to provide a prompt and equitable process for resolving student disability discrimination grievances. Employee and Visitor grievances are not within the scope of these procedures and should be submitted pursuant to the separate Grievance Procedure relating to complaints under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as set forth in the Employee Handbook. Nothing in this procedure replaces any other University policy or procedure.
  • The Student CARE Team: CARE Team is a network of 果冻传媒 faculty and staff who meet regularly to identify, monitor, and, if necessary provide integrated and intentional support for students.
  • Consumer Information & Disclosures: This resource is provided to meet the requirements for compliance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), for colleges and universities that participate in federal student financial aid programs.
