Gwen and I met in the spring of '63 in Evansville at the finals of the NCAA basketball tournament.
Introduced by a fraternity brother, I had never met or seen Gwen on campus. It was one of those "love at first sight" meetings and we spent as much time together the rest of the semester.
We were married in Sept of 64 and have been together for 55 years living most of that time in Defiance, OH having been blessed with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
